Since taking root in Qingdao in 1998, Hanke Industrial Equipment has gone through more than 20 years of family inheritance and industry cultivation. It has grown from a local factory specializing in basic rigging manufacturing to a professional industrial parts supplier integrating research and development, production, and global sales. We always adhere to the core principle of "using craftsmanship to make products and integrity to provide services", focusing on three major areas: off-road rescue, industrial rigging, and agricultural machinery matching. We provide global customers with high reliability products and one-stop solutions that can withstand extreme working conditions.
We started building a factory in 1998 and have been exporting rigging products since 2015, including a series of forged parts such as detachable buckles, anchor chains, flower orchid butterfly buckles, and free forging products. In 2015, we received our first order and started producing outdoor off-road rescue equipment and other products. Since 2017, we have had our own design and development team for off-road rescue products, and currently produce 3-5 new products every year. The designed products include a 32 ton breaking power trailer hook, a trailer hook with a ball head that can tow RVs, a quick detachable split trailer hook, and a mecha trailer hook with sales exceeding ten thousand.

Ryan is a rigorous and efficient technical support representative in the team. He is familiar with the structural details, performance parameters, and installation adaptation points of each winch product, and is a solid support for customers in technical docking and after-sales issues. He is patient, meticulous, and responsive, providing clear and professional solutions for product selection suggestions, installation guidance, and after-sales troubleshooting. When he is not busy, you will find him conducting product adaptation tests on newly launched models, or experiencing the real performance of the product in different road conditions firsthand on off-road fields.
